Support ongoing R&D initiatives, including an FFG-funded project focused on digital securities, DLT and blockchain protocols, as well as custody and settlement solutions for tokenized securities.
Conduct market, technology, and regulatory research related to digital assets and tokenized securities.
Assist in the analysis of digital securities infrastructure, including token standards and secondary market trading mechanisms, to help define technical requirements for future trading and settlement solutions.
Support project management activities and help identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Provide operational and strategic support to the founders and management, including ad hoc problem-solving, meeting preparation, and follow-up coordination.
Assist in the preparation of financial, KPI, and board reporting materials, as well as cross-functional and strategic initiatives.Help structure and maintain internal knowledge management systems (e.g. Notion) and support general organizational and office-related topics.

Completed or advanced studies in Business, Technology, Management, Finance, or a related field
Strong interest in digital assets, digital securities, emerging technologies, and innovative financial solutions.
Analytical mindset with a structured and independent way of working.
High level of curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
Motivation to take on responsibility and actively contribute to a growing company.
Strong communication skills (German and English) and a professional manner when working with internal and external stakeholders.
Initial experience in project management, research, operations, or start-up / scale-up environments is a plus.

Gross-Salary
We guarantee a competitive gross-salary starting at 3,200 per month for a full-time position (38,5h) based on your responsibilities, qualifications and experience (Overpayment expressly possible with relevant experience and qualifications).
