- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): You take full ownership of our AWS environment, using Terraform to ensure our infrastructure is modular, reproducible, and secure.
- Kubernetes at Scale: You manage and evolve our Amazon EKS clusters, ensuring our microservices run smoothly, scale reliably, and remain highly available.
- Cost & Performance Excellence: You are the "efficiency lead." You proactively identify AWS waste, right-size resources, and optimize our cloud spend without compromising on the low-latency performance our fintech products require.
- Database Administration: You take a lead role in DB Admin, ensuring our data persistence layer (PostgreSQL/RDS) is tuned for performance, properly backed up, and architected for high availability.
- Deep Observability: You master our Grafana and Prometheus stack to provide the engineering team with deep insights into system health, from custom dashboards to proactive alerting.
- Security First: You implement and automate security best practices (IAM, VPC networking, encryption) to meet the rigorous compliance standards of the financial industry.

Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
- Cloud Native Expert: You have 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineering with a deep focus on AWS.
- Terraform Wizard: You don't just use IaC; you think in it. You have experience managing complex state and modularizing infrastructure.
- K8s Fluency: You have battle-tested experience with Kubernetes (EKS), including networking, ingress controllers, and Helm.
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into metrics to find performance bottlenecks or unexpected costs.
- DB Knowledge: You are comfortable with database performance tuning, migrations, and basic DBA tasks.
- Automation Mindset: You prefer a script over a manual task (Go, Python, or Bash) and have experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI).

Gross-Salary
We guarantee a competitive gross-salary starting at 3,500 per month for a full-time position (38,5h) based on your responsibilities, qualifications and experience (Overpayment expressly possible with relevant experience and qualifications).
