- Design, develop, and own reliable and scalable APIs and services.
- Architect high-performance, low-latency, and resilient features and applications.
- Lead the technical design and integration of complex third-party systems into our platform, ensuring security and long-term maintainability.
- Enhance our deployment strategies using Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and contribute to strategic decisions regarding system architecture and scalability.
- Establish and champion best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor trainees, junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and act as a technical authority within your team.

Your Profile
- Relevant technical education (technical college, university, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend software engineering, with a proven track record of building complex systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in Go and experience with high-performance, distributed systems.
- Strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive complex projects from ideation to completion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Gross-Salary
We guarantee a competitive gross-salary between 4,000 € and 6,000 € per month for a full-time position (38,5h) based on your responsibilities, qualifications and experience.
